Application process
To apply for membership, please submit the Unity Club Membership Form below. Annual dues cover member participation at 9 dinner programs, including all meals, gratuities and speakers (September, October, November, December, January, March, April, May and June).
After submitting the Unity Club Membership Form below, please refer to the Schedule of Charges below and mail your check payable to the Unity Club to:

Schedule of Charges
One-time initiation fee: $25
Annual dues (2023-2024 year): $450 when a member joins during July, August or September prior to the initial
meeting of the new year.
Note: Dues are prorated when a member joins mid-year. For the exact payment amount, contact our treasurer,
Lewis Gikow, at [email protected].
Spouses/significant others are invited as guests to our festive Chanukah party and end-of-year June gala.
On those occasions, the guest fee will be announced prior to the event.
